Right boob vs left boob... this is the first time this has happened! Is there anything I can do to get the milk to come back in on my left boob?!?! 😩

I'm dealing with the same thing right now when cubanese was on here she talked about power pumping(pumping every 30min) that's really working for me
Do you massage your breasts while you pump? That really helped me.
@owenjacesmama, that could really be the culprit. I would suggest trying to pump at least 2/3 times during the day just to maintain a supply

I dont pump nearly enough. I try to pump every 3 hours at night but sometimes I go all day without pumping 😕
@owenjacesmama, how often do you pump? When I was in the hospital, because baby went to nicu, they made me pump every 2/3 hours and that got my milk in more
Your left boob is what I get out of both boobs total every time I pump, feel lucky
