Our days are pretty on the go lately! But I try and always keep a minimum of one week Day wife-open so we can reset, cozy up, play catch up on the home stuff and also play endless board games! On our typical days I get up around 7 and oil pull (so great for oral health!) and get a cup of something hot (Matcha, coffee, or tea with Apple cider vinegars are my go-to!). I do work on my computer for a couple hours while my kiddos slowly wake up and read or play. Then it's usually smoothies or oatmeal, packing a big picnics c lunch, and heading out. Since it's summery we've been going hiking, park hopping, beach or river swimming, or berry picking, a few times each week. Then home to prep dinner, get my workout done while they play, eat all together and then they (thank god!) are usually all snuggled up by around 8pm. Then my hubs and I watch Netflix, chat and unwind about the day, and often put away whole Theo chocolate bars 😂🤷🏻‍♀️ #momlifechat
