Dilated 5 cm not going so good. They had to put a wire on the baby head and on top of that upon contractions gushes of blood comes out. And if one more nurse violate me trying to see how far I dilated I know something. That shit hurts. 😭

I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
How can I tell if I dilated??# first time mom.
How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

Are there any effective ways & things I can do to help soften and dilate my cervix faster? At my appointment my doctor said I was MAYBE a fingertip dilated and 60% effaced.
That's normal for them to do that even if u have the epidural I had it with my other babies cause once ur water breaks that's how they monitor the baby's heart rate prayers everything will go ok
