Pinterest activities are great Down load Pinterest app it's basically my best friend you can search anything I used to work as a work study in college at a local daycare set a lesson plan for the week on what you'd like to do with the children . Creative Activities will keep them busy give Pinterest a try !!

Shaving cream play , chalk, obstacle course u can make up. Example I draw shapes with chalk and let the kids say the name of the shape as they jump on it, also I draw zig zags and let them work on large motor skills by balancing on the lines

I worked at a daycare as well. Sensory play will be your best friend! The kids loved animal play day. We would fill up the rug with different big plastic animals and just play while learning animal noises. We also did alot of the CD read along books, they LOVED those. Edible finger paint and tape down paper on all the tables, you might want to ask the parents to bring them play clothes since they might not want outfits getting destroyed. Fun with lights, you can give the older ones flashlight and get a big cardboard box, put holes in and then Christmas lights on top, just be sure to tape them down well. The little ones will be amazed my the lights. Play dough. Blocks.
