I went to the doctor today. He told me that probably 1 or 2 weeks more and he will do the c-section. But I'm having contractions already he said if I continue with the pain or gets worst for me to go to the hospital. Now I'm nervous because I don't know exactly when to go. How much pain should I feel? Is the baby ok even if I having contractions?

@karlag9 my last 2 babies I had zero progression too, so I'm not thinking I will this time either.
@karlag9 that's how I felt too. I was so glad when i made it past 38. I'm 39 now and since im showing no signs of progression we are trying for the full 40. Scheduled for section at 40 exactly and IF he decides to come early, they will section at first signs of labor.
I hope. @sixplus1, I wanted to wait until 38 at least
@karlag9 oh okay. I was just curious. I was in a similar situation. My doctor didnt think I would make it either, and that started at 34 weeks. I'm at 39 now and scheduled for section next Monday. Hopefully things will go well for you also.
I had a c-section with my first baby and he thinks that I will not make it all the way to 39 weeks @sixplus1, he has told me he was going to do it until 39 weeks but because I'm contracting he might need to do it earlier
Curious? Is there a medical reason for having a csection so early?
