Whats the appropriate age to put baby in a walker? What walker worked for you?

We started using a baby Einstein walker at around 5 months .

Walkers can actually mess up their hips for prolonged usage. They should never be in one more than 20 minutes. It messes with their hip development so we avoided them altogether.
