In some countries like japan and switzerland have banned the sale of it. Aveeno is a J&J product also.

Hello, Im gonna follow this post, because Im interested in the best products also. Ive recently read up on the fact that Johnson and Johnson products have a small amount of formaldehyde that can affect people over time.
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?

My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

Best ways to prepare for natural birth, yes anything can happen and I may not get what I want but I also dont focus on the negative (: But should I watch videos if so recommendations? Book recommendations? Like I'm so nervous of labor in general and instead of stressing I'd love to learn about it to make me stress less! Lol
