My 16 month old used to take 2 hours naps but now he barely takes 45 minute naps. Help!

Yeah mine used to do that now he takes one nap a day at 12:00am and he gos to bed at 8:00 that worked for him all kids are different all depends on when your kid wakes up and gos to bed

I'm shocked he still takes that long a nap. my son currently only takes an hour nap . but according to his age , thats totally normal. I believe the range is an hour to 2 hours .... So I assume 45 minutes is enough for your little one
