I was told it was stupid. Yup someone in my family flat out told me that me going on the internet sharing my fitness was stupid. Do you know how small I felt in that moment? And the thing was this person knew NOTHING about fitness but I let her destroy me in that moment. I know what it’s like to get no support, especially from someone you care about.

That feeling of being totally alone in something you are so passionate about. You want to make a change in your life but the people you want to support you are either not interested or think you’re completely wasting your time. Having such lack of self-love I allowed others to control my mindset and even the amount of my fitness.
