Any home remedies for toothaches?

All OTC meds ain't doing nothing for me,,, all my right upper side of teeth and gums are hurting alot 😢 and the bottom are starting to act up now... But only my right side!!

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

How important is it to sleep on your left side? I catch myself sleeping on my back and right side all the time 😕
