Do you use A&D ointment every diaper change ?

I use a&d preventative ointment everytime. And destin when he looks a little red. He's never developed a rash this way.

I only use it when she looks red on her thighs or something just as precaution. but rarely. My sister though, with her first she would put it every single time.
