If you're uncomfortable lay on either side and try to put pillows between your legs

It's like my baby is on a timer. I wake up exactly 9 every morning no matter if I'm tired or not. This baby won't let me sleep unless after I eat I can get a nap in. But then I'm feeling sick if I do.

Same!! I'm almost 39weeks. I sleep on each side. Pillow between my legs. N still wake up a million times a night 😩

Yeah I sleep with a pillow. I just feel my mind won't shut off. Each day no matter when I go to bed, I'm up before 5 am! Haha it stinks!

Take unisom when you feel like you need some good sleep and it's definitely safe and non habbit forming!

@philippoje shit I'm lucky if I get 5 hours of sleep a night. Hate to say this, but it might get worse for ya. I know every pregnancy is different, but I've never heard of anyone getting much sleep as they progress. 3rd trimester is a bitch.

Benadryl was my friend I couldn't sleep without it!
