I'm 22 weeks, and i'm conflicted about when I should stop working. I work at a restraunt so i'm on my feet non-stop and I usually work 7-8 hour shifts. I know i'm only in the 5th month, but I get so light headed and dizzy at work and if I lift anything too heavy I start spotting a little bit if blood. I'm not sure if that's normal, but I don't want to put my baby at any risks. Any advice to help calm my anxiety? :/

Definitely not ok to bleed ! I would stop working or at least dont carry heavy weight!

I work at a restaurant & well & keeping stress levels down at work is hard as well as taking breaks so you're not moving around so much. I advice to eat plenty of food, stay hydrated, ask other people for help lifting things, and you might want to take a maternity leave a little earlier

Gotta stay hydrated during your work ours. Really it depends on you. Are you able not to work for 5 minths until you have the baby? Are you going on leave or just quiting?

@beebaby, I'm not sure if i'm going to just take a leave or quit after, but I wanted to at least work until the 8th month or the last, but at this rate with the spotting it's really concerning me.
