All kids do things at different times. There is no right or wrong way

@beebaby, thank you! I just had two moms on fb compare my daughter to their babies. Like, that's fine. My daughter will learn everything eventually. She just knows that if she doesn't do it then mommy will help her haha

People always try to rush children, they can go at there own pace. Let babies be babies. I would ignore them.

I hate that! We are in s time where kids are rushed to everything quick. Let's let kids be kids and have fun and stop rushing them. Every kid is different and goes at their own pace.

@scarapella1, I'm not rushing my baby girl AT ALL. she was breech and had some issues with her hips so if she takes longer crawling and walking because they aren't as strong, then so be it. It's so silly to compare children.

@martinajjones, good for you!! Yes it really is. I have family always comparing my two boys. It's so annoying. My youngest was early so he is a little behind but he is catching on! Whereas my older one was more advanced in certain areas. It gets me so annoyed.

Some ppl don't consider why and simply like to jump the gun. As you know every child is different and will do things when they are ready. I also hate it when anyone compares my kids. Right before mine were born I had people tell me oh just wait your baby is gonna be just like so n so throwing tantrums n etc. Already comparing my unborn child at the time and when my baby was born they would always look at her legs question why she had them that way n nothing is wrong with her but some ppl just like to make unnecessary comments you know? it would just get under my skin. So hang in there... just ignore those ppl. Your baby is just fine ❤

Some babes don't crawl ever hun! They go straight to walking. Every baby is different, just tell them to stfu haha

I just had this feeling yesterday at the bank w this stupid B! She asked how old my daughter was and she said oh well she looks small for her age! And that made me just boil w rage 😡 esp bc she is actually 99% in her growth! Perfect height& weight and motor skills so this lady was obviously inane and she was an employee! I wanted so badly to go off on her but I held my good graces and smiled bc I had my daughter with me and need to set a good example...

But yea, you can't quit stupid! People are just dumb and put their foot in their mouths. I'm sorry that people make you feel that way but just shrug it off! And btw my daughter didn't crawl til ten months and now she cruises everywhere! Every baby grows at different rates!!

I would shut people down mid sentence. Like "my pediatrician says my child is right on target but thank you for being concerned about something you clearly know nothing about." That would teach them to mind their business. My son was barely walking at 1y.o then all of the sudden he started running.

Yeah always happens and always will be !! People who quick to judge , it's doesn't mean that your child the same as others , your child her own individual! Own lil person , if she's pleased by mommy doing everything for her , and she's being lazy no problem, but it's doesn't mean she's gonna be dumb in future or something wrong with her ...
