Try sweating him. Out like making him really warm putting a blanket or hot to warm bath with some steam . once he sweats n starts to shake the fever is broken
@essencecrowell, I would try a cool bath, Tylenol and Motrin (switch between the two every 4 hours I think it is? Maybe less than that), cool rags on head, let baby be naked except for diaper, things like that. I'm weary of the sweating it out. I've never tried it so I'm not sure if it works or not!

I always gave my son a warm or semi hot bath to break his and it did. Plus Tylenol for fever

Fill tub w Luke warm water then add a Lil bit of rubbing alcohol in water helps bring fever down
