π’ I received such heartbreaking news today. My husband got home from work and told me about Linkin Parks' frontman Chester Bennington's death. I couldn't believe it, I still don't want to. I got through a lot of my struggles by listening to their music, they're practically the reason for the sleeve on my arm. Not to mention we were supposed to go see them next month. They were supposed to start their tour in 7 days. Aside from the fact that I have never seen them and idk if this concert is still happening, but if it is, fans will now have to mourn him at a place they were supposed to be celebrating. #RestInPease
@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, it's nice to have someone to connect with and talk to about this tragedy. I don't even know how I feel about their concert that we were gonna attend. I can't believe he's gone. Just like that. I mean, I know that's usually how it happens, but It's terrible. It deeply saddens me. I'll be reminded every year as yesterday was my dad's (RIP) birthday. π
@kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, I always just wish they seek help. It's not worth having to feel pain to make great music, millions of fans would have stuck by their music had he changed it up to be happy.
I've been sad about it all fucking day. To make matters worse someone hacked his wife's twitter account posting terrible things. Linkin Park was supposed to come to Tahoe (where I live) on Labor Day- not sure if they'll cancel or not. It really is sad. It's been a couple months since Chris Cornell left us and now Chester. =[ seriously, it's a sad time in the Rock world.
@kelseyp16, I always want to know why and what was their last thought when someone loses their life to depression. When you're famous, it sucks how it leaves people you never even met in pain.
@kelseyp16, @kimberlyyyy_the-preemie-mom, THEY CANCELLED THEIR TOUR!! ππͺ
