He never asks about anything! He sends me the same text every single day asking how my son is at 5am when we are still sleeping!! @jhalsted1995,

Well, you could just only tell him what he asks. 🤷‍♀️ if he wants to know he will ask, if he doesn't ask or doesn't care it's just proof you have that he is a shitty person and parent.

Keep it short. If he isn't asking about the baby don't answer. When he is keep it straight to the point. He has phone access, but he cannot (although he will) use that to try to get under your skin. I would say keep it very matter of fact and only about the baby. The rest of it just ignore.

Unfortunately I do. But I feel like just handing him my son and walking away. Grabbing my son back and walking away. And ignoring his texts but he does have phone access to my son it's in our custody order so I don't know if I can be in violation by ignoring him. I think I just might take all day to answer him with a simple "fine" @jhalsted1995, otherwise I'm not communicating with him about anything else keep it very short
