I just got mine out a few weeks ago, just got done with my period! I bought ovulation strips to help. I also had a two week period after getting my IUD out
You have to know your ovulation date which usually requires waiting a full cycle or 2. When you suspect ovulation its recommended to try e every other day rather than everyday. Hope that helps.

I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
