Any tips on increasing my breast milk production? Im not making enough for my twins & im having to supplement with formula. I also just exclusively pump & feed in a bottle.

Yes it works I do eat that alot everyday and I produce alot of milk..@jhndms

Eat alot of oatmeal with milk every morning and eat it at night as well ..@jhndms 😊

My heart is so heavy writing this..Today at my 20 week appointment the doctor said her heart stopped beating.I made it so far and we wanted her so bad..Im just lost😢😢😭😭.Now Im being induced to deliver my sleeping angel.
