Any tips on increasing my breast milk production? Im not making enough for my twins & im having to supplement with formula. I also just exclusively pump & feed in a bottle.

did every ones SO go to EVERY dr appointment with them?? im at my appointment and its not an ultrasound or anything so i told my boyfriend he can stay home and sleep... im here and everyone has their guy with them.. im feeling lonely now:/
My heart is so heavy writing this..Today at my 20 week appointment the doctor said her heart stopped beating.I made it so far and we wanted her so bad..Im just lost😢😢😭😭.Now Im being induced to deliver my sleeping angel.
So im going to delete my page at midnight I'm over this app I just wanna say bye to my girl's im going to miss y'all
