My three year old has a small lump in his testicle with like a pimple on the outside and it hurts him....any ideas what this could be?. We will be taking him to have it checked but I can't do that until later.

@danielswifey I wonder what causes them to appear. He has a healthy diet and is very clean and everything.
@brookiecookie if they do remove it, it will be a very very small incision that will probably heal up in no time. As long as it's not too painful though, they probably won't do anything other than give u something to put on it and see if it goes away on it's own.
@brookiecookie if it's not very big and not too painful probably just tell you to keep an eye on it and give u cream to put on it but if it seems to really be bothering him they will probably schedule to remove it

@brookiecookie most of them are caused by clogging of sebaceous glands and just happen
