How do you ladies pump a lot of milk? The most I can get is like 2 1/2 ounces, 3 if I'm lucky (both breasts combined). I'm really trying to go to the gym and leave my son with my mom but it's so hard to pump enough milk. Any suggestions?

Some women don't respond well to election pump. I would be lucky to get 1 oz from both breasts 😂 I still have a great supply and am able to feed baby. I just can't use electric pumps.

I had troubles too! Just massage them before and during breastfeeding.. 
And while you're pumping as well.
