My name is Marilynn & I have a 15 month old daughter named Nora.

My new friend that I met on a playdate group I started on Meetup told me about this app because it has been really helpful for her & she also suggested that I share my story on here to help other mamas!

So, in my daughter's first year of life, she had 3 major illnesses & spent a lot of time in the hospital. It's like the worst feeling in the world when your baby is sick and there is nothing you can do it about it. That's when I heard about how my friend from high school uses essential oils for her 3 children and they never get sick. I got a kit of essential oils & I learned how to use them through a lot of research. She hasn't been really sick for about 6 months now & I have been able to manage any symptoms that come up with her since with the oils. I wish I would have known about essential oils before she (and really we) had to endure that difficult first year.

Also, I had a really tough time with Hyperemesis during pregnancy and so wish I would have known about them then to help me too. I had used essential oils from the store prior but just thought they smelled nice & never really had a significant effect on my body. Turns out that quality really matters. In the U.S. a bottle of essential oil must only contain 5% essential oil to be labeled as pure.

There are like a zillion uses for them besides just baby stuff too.
