I'm glad you're seeking help. For me, I've found that doing one activity outside the house (now that my LO is vaccinated and can finally be out in the world!) Has been so freaking helpful.

I have an appointment today for my anxiety and depression at 11 so hopefully all goes well im just ready to be free of this even if I need to take something this is definitely horrible to have everyday!!

But thank you so much girl I really appreciate it!(: im super glad I have mamas on here that have my back always! I have an appointment for my anxiety today finally have been waiting for like months to get my accchs back so its today at 11 a little nervous but I need to get a handle on this!

@watersceline23, no problem I'm glad to help, motherhood is a wonderful journey but it definitely challenges us and tests what we're made of! Especially when it's so hot out and we're stuck inside all day 👎🏼but it won't last forever! Everything will get better in time 🤗

@elysiansmama Girl yes it is it sucks I've always lived with people but ever since we moved over here to chandler and im pretty much all bymyself all day I have like the worst anxiety ever!! The beginning first couple weeks of July were awesome I had no anxiety at all and my hubby stayed because he got another job so I was fine and then as soon as the day came for my man to start his new job I broke down because I knew I was going to be alone all day again😪😥😨 but OMG girl yes thank you for the info ill definitely check it out i really appreciate it girl! That was beyond sweet of you this app has definitely helped me I love that there is always a helping hand!!

Awe that must be really hard having your man gone when you need him! Depression and anxiety is so tough to deal with but you're not alone to battle through it, you have us to talk to, your dr, friends/family, you are strong💪🏼you'll get though this! Just take it day by day! It really helped me get thru my ppd when I found out about this site for ppd and ppa, OCD moms, it's called smartpatients. The Drs and other moms on there are really supportive and you can even post anonymously if you want. I hope that helps ✌🏼

@venusrihani thank you girl I really seriously need those words I will have to take you up on that offer I do have an appointment next monday for the anxiety and depression and then try to see a therapist

@love.torrey thanks girl yes it is my fiancé is gone at work all day so i have my 3 kids all day on my own hardly ever get out if im lucky to get the mail and come back and then have anxiety all day it really does suck and being alone makes it worse for me i think that is my main trigger/ :
