What have you guys used to help with pain of an episiotomy? The pain is so much 😭😭 I already use the witch hazel pads and the squirt bottle. Anything else?

@tworuzgirls, I've tried an ice pack and I literally couldn't feel the coldness. It was weird. It felt like I had nothing on lol. And I didn't tear, the Dr cut me about an inch and a half
