Is it normal to worry that your first ultrasound baby's not gonna have a heart beat

I was worried. Still havent been yet. But i found a app called shell that lets you hear the heart beat if you can find it & it worked for me at 8wks. I listen to my baby every day.

Don't stress ok .. I don't think he or she can hear yet! The first trimester is the hardest! Think positive, baby is there..

How far along are yoy

I still worry, even when i feel her move i get nervouse/scared each doctors visit. As a mom from miscairage, pregnancy is super hard even if everything is okay and healthy you always have the worst in the back of your head. I know a lot of moms feel better when they feel baby move, try not to stress to much, just try and relax everything will be okay!

They supposably say that if you think like that it could cause it to happen.. But, you can't help it.. it's hard to describe .. But, take it easy.. breathe and smile and know everything is ok. talk to the baby
