if any moms have ever been on WIC what happens when your medicaid is terminated due to income do they keep you on WIC?

In PA no. Because they told me before that my fiancé makes to much money! The only reason we had WIC was because we had state insurance!

I believe wic guidelines for income are a little higher so depends on how much more you make now. They are a little more lenient usually

im just on WIC for her formula because $30 for a can is insane but my medicaid was term. & now i pay for health insurance. should i just go to my wic apt and see what happens @trice4990, @morganmommy79,

@lovee.n, yeah! It never hurts to ask! I unfortunately did not get formula because he wasn't on the formula they allowed!

@lovee.n, with the colic he could only use the gerber soothe formula! If your daughter is still on Medicaid but you're not they should still allow her to continue the program!

@intelligentmind2015, Ive heard from my sister in law that if you never go through the process to renew your child's insurance they continue to have it....now her kids are 17,18 now sooooooo that may not still apply...I'm hoping it does though

@trice4990, okay because I'm not yet 21 yet ,and apparently next year it needs to be renewed and I'm worried because I can't really afford insurance honestly,even though I have a good job
