Benadryl is your best bet 😁 all doctors recommend taking it for any allergy type issues while pregnant.

I found this cool nasal irrigation system in the cold and allergy section. You squirt warm water up each side of your nose and it really clears you out allowing you to breathe better!! Helped me a lot.
