Has any of you ever made parmesan breaded pork chops? I have seen a few different recipes for it just wondering what way…

Seems like we made some parmesan flavor shake an bake pork chops one time and they were really good

Yea I seen where it said use olive oil to dip it in the bread it and bake it then I seen one that said dip in egg the bread it and fry on the stove in olive oil.. What's best @kambam

Theres not too much difference, whichever is easier for you honestly. Im a fan of the oven because frying is extra cals and fat. But you should still dredge the meat in the classic egg mix for the oven to avoid the excess oil cals if thats what you want.

Omg they are the best u should try ranch/ breaded porkchops , its the shit

I don't put egg or anything else just mix ranch with breadcrumbs and coat the chops they will stay coated but don't turn the meat a lot only once if u do it will come right off!

Do they taste just like ranch when you do that cause my bunch don't really care for ranch? @texasmami10
