Is it normal for the doc to have to call to let me know my blood levels result?

Everything turned out great the doc just wanted to talk and go over things and prenatal classes. Said my levels we doubling fast so that was great! Thank y'all so much!

I have Kaiser and the first time they called me, but nothing to do with the numbers, I had a mc. The second time I asked for the tests, weekly until I was comfortable, and he emailed me after the second one to go over the numbers and to make me make an apt. So I wouldn't worry. One test doesn't really say much about anything, it's the pattern after multiple, to check for doubling. How are you doing?

I only get a phone call if it's something to be concerned about. Otherwise they wait till my follow up appointment.

Yes, it is normal for them to call you with results because the tests they run aren't always instant with results and things need to be looked over.
