Someone helpppp! I can't tell if what I'm feeling are contractions because I don't know what they feel like. I'm trying to decipher between contractions or if it's just discomfort from him moving/balling up. It feels like a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen/vagina. 😐

I'm convinced I'm going to go into labour at any minute.....I'm having contraction but they're stopping and starting. Yesterday i was having contractions all morning then by the time I got to triage to be monitored they stopped. Now this morning I was sat having breakfast with my son and they started again. But more intense and longer lasting this time. My question is do I phone triage now or do I just wait to see what happens. I feel like I'm wasting their time always ringing etc
