I'm 35 weeks and I just rolled on my back and felt like my back and my spine was being broken... Is that normal

Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.

I'm scared. I was cleaning the litter box and I fell backwards and pulled my back and twisted my knee. my back hurts bad and I'm 3 months pregnant. should I go to the hospital?

a_bailey you aren't suppose to clean the litter box anyways

When i try to sleep on my back i feel like im suffocating and cannot breathe. Im not exactly sure what happens but when youre this far along baby can cut something off or rest on something they shouldn't if you lay on your back. It should be avoided if possible.
