I am so so so so tired, but ever since my doctor increased the dose of the antidepressant I take, I've had horrible insomnia. Then when I do finally get to sleep, j have these CRAZY dreams. Ugghhh.

When do you take your med? Morning or before bed? I take mine in the morning so I can sleep at night.

@lovelily, I started taking it before bed. You're right. Maybe I should do it in the morning from now on. I will be so tired, but then I lay down and I get so restless and my brain going a mile a second! Then when I am asleep I have these ridiculous dreams.

@liveitwithlove I've been on meds for depression for almost 20 years. Trust me, never take it before bed! Haha.
