I am right there with you.. I sleep about 3 hrs a day 😥 idk how much longer I can goo like this

@thatsbetsyv idk if I was grieving a loss or just an episode of insomnia.. Its gotten better now I'm getting about 6hrs of sleep now thank goodness.. I really thought I wasn't going to make it much longer! 😅😅
