Sometimes it can be miscarriage or even a hematoma .. Etc .. So don't worry doctor will find out what's wrong just drink lots of fluids

I do have cramping and bleeding & I did went to hospital and they can't do anything at all so I have to see my doctor tomorrow. I hope it's not miscarriage

Bleeding during pregnancy is never normal, common yes. But you need to watch it. If it gets bright red, heavy, and you start cramping you should call your dr. No reason to go to the er because there is nothing they can do.

If it becomes bright red and you cramp go to the hospital

Definitely keep an eye on it. Some spotting is normal, it shouldn't get heavier than that. If it does and you have cramping, go to the er.
