When you pump that early you set yourself up for risks like mastitis and engorgement, which is painful. Typically you should wait at least 6 weeks before pumping. You can hand express tho and release some of the milk into a container or take a hot shower to relieve some pain.

I always joke and say engorgement is sexy ok me since it perks up the girls. Lol
