I just found that I'm pregnant last week and this pregnancy has definitely started with a bang! I had symptoms at 3.5 weeks, tested positive on an at home test 2 days before my missed period, and threw up for the first time exactly at 4 weeks. My morning sickness didn't start until 7 weeks last time! I'm so scared I'm having twins! This pregnancy will already put me at 2 kids under 18 months 😳

Im pregnant for the second time and this pregnancy has been very different and very hard compared to my first pregnancy that was a breeze and I'm only pregnant with one baby...

I was the same way and only one baby!! No worries! Most of the time your symptoms don't determine how many!
