Having my glucose tolerance test Wednesday? Will I find out immediately if I pass or not?

Mine is at a lab, so they probably won't tell me.
I can find out on patient portal a few hours later with my labs but usually dr calls next day sometimes they don't call at all because everything is fine
I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
