I don't think it makes it any more difficult. I usually just put the initials of both. It wasn't an issue with her SSN or anything. Or any thing else we've done.

I only do one if it's initial only . But if it's the full name I write it out.

Mines will have two middle names . At the end of the day it's your kid. You decide what you want no matter what others think. I personally have 3 . 😂

@bhtlove is it complicated on paper work. Like if they ask for a middle initial. Do you put both?

My daughter has two middle names, and our daughter that I am currently carrying will also have two middle names.
