How do you know if its your water breaking. My doctor said only be alarmed if there's blood. I had a wet spot on my shorts but im not sure if thats anything. Im 37w 3d.

My heart is so heavy writing this..Today at my 20 week appointment the doctor said her heart stopped beating.I made it so far and we wanted her so bad..Im just lost😢😢😭😭.Now Im being induced to deliver my sleeping angel.
