Tennessee chicken is really good. Just put rice in a sprayed baking dish (usually 1-2 cups) lay chicken breast (boneless) on top of rice, add one packet of onion soup mix and add 2 can cream of mushroom and fill pan with water. Bake for an hour at 375°. I usually stir everything together before adding chicken.

You could marinate it in Italian dressing and put it in the oven

We do fried chicken or chicken fried rice or you take ramen noodles and chicken and veggies and add them together or I cut chicken up wrap it in bacon and put brown sugar and BBQ sauce on it or put it in Italian dressing and Alfredo

Pulled chicken instead of pulled pork. Stuffed chicken breast (apple/goat cheese spinach/cheese), BBQ chicken, chicken Parmesan

McCormick has a bunch of ready made sauces for $1 and you just pour it on and bake or sautéed on the stovetop. They're really good
