Draft does not get stains out of my DS's clothes. He's on pediasure for health reasons and I've noticed it stains. What other brands do you recommend??

I use baby oxy clean it works wonder's😀 you can find it at baby's r us. I use it on everything
Blowout ?
My two month old has at least one diaper blowout everyday. It gets all over his clothes, car seat, blankets and me. At this rate I won't be able to give any of his clothes away, they all have poop stains on them. I have a spray and wash that I use to saturate the stains before I pre-soak them..The stains still don't come out. He wears huggies brand diapers. Not sure if theses diapers just truly suck or if I should go down a size. Also, what is a good remedy for stains? TIA
