@mommytobre, when you freeze breastmilk immediately after pumping, it lasts up to 6 months. Some say 6-8 months but I play it safe and do 6 months. So, you'd right to date that you pumped and the date it will expire. Also, once you thaw out breastmilk, it's best not to refreeze it. You'll want to use that milk within 24 hours of it being thawed and kept in refrigeration.

Yes , like I pumped and I have storage bags , so I date them from today until ?? Like how long does breast milk last if you freeze it ? @twinsandcounting
