So I'm just under 21 weeks. I'm having cramps, tightening of my stomach, and in my back. How can i relieve any of it? Tylonel doesn't work. I'm already cutting down on my hours in two weeks. I have a 14 month old and I'm trying to spend as much time with him as possible before baby sister gets here so relaxing and sending him to sitters isn't something I'm looking to do.

@dee_02dee I drink over 88 oz of water in the morning alone. So I think dehydration isn't a problem, yet. They just don't stop. It doesn't matter what I'm doing. They are a constant. Dr said maybe a specialist. We will find out on the 7th.

@shellbythompson85 water and lots of it. Walking also may help. If you are laying try changing positions. If you are sitting try standing up. More than likely they are Braxton Hicks contractions. Try to take deep breaths momma. They can get intense the more dehydrated you are.
