Woke up in the middle of the night last night again sick, then swollen.. went back to sleep an woke up around 6! I was swollen all over, hands the most to where it hurt to even move my fingers, even hurt a little to walk and I was sick on my stomach. Any ideas? Suggestions? This has been goin on for about a month now I would say an everytime I ask the doctor she says "its normal", but this just DOES NOT seem normal

If you don't think it's normal go to the hospital! I almost lost my son because I kept going and they said it was just from pregnancy bullshit ! I finally got a doctor that would listen to me and I had preeclampsia and now have heart problems due to them waiting so long .

Thats my biggest fear. I swell up especially at night to the point when I wake up, it hurts to move or anything! Like it swells up. To where I'm numb

This happened to me after I had my daughter. Had her via c-section by the way. I would swell up bad. Had to put ice all over and my SO massaged my body. Once it went away I stopped panicking but if it continues keep asking for help medically.

I just called the after hours clinic and the woman pacifically told me "if your water didn't break or you aren't in labor then that's not an emergency at this point you'll have to wait until the clinic opens in the morning". I am so frustrated cause I know my body an I know what's normal an what isn't. Its like NOBODY will listen!

Just don't forget that you are paying the doctors to work for you and if you feel like they aren't doing their job then you can have your insurance block any attempts they make to collect money from your insurance. It's getting worse and worse and more and more doctors are ignoring patients. Put your foot down with them.
