When I became a mom, I adapted to the mom look. You know wearing sweats, no make up on, hair in a messy bun. When I got the chance to go out, still wearing sweats, hair is still in a messy bun, face half done. My husband asked me "why don't you ever try to look good for me anymore when we're out?" So I reply with "I'm a mom.. no time for that.." then one day we went out. I glammed myself out. Tried to "look good" for him. Of course, it required time meaning he has to watch our kids while I get ready. The kids drive him nuts for an hour (when I deal with it 24/7) I get done, feeling like some magical unicorn. He says "is it even necessary for you to even put make up on and do your hair?" 😑😑😑😑😑😑😑 the amount of make up I put on is the same amount I put on everyday before kids.. I could never win.

@vianniandciela, yes. lol I asked my husband to take the baby for a bit so I could clean the house (like he wanted) and he said he has to mow the grass but played on his phone for 15 minutes. So I took the baby to him and said here, watch her. He did. Lol
