I started weaning my son a couple of weeks ago I just tried him with some porridge one morning and he took to it straight away so kept going with it. I was then told to introduce some veggies so I made some veg purée, I gave him some of the broccoli one I made and he spat it straight out. as he wouldn't eat it I tried to give him some porridge so he at least had something but he wouldn't open his mouth to it and then next couple of days when I tried to give him porridge for his breakfast he wouldn't open his mouth when he did before. I don't know wether I should continue trying or just stop altogether and start again in a couple of weeks when he's 5 months as started when he was 18 weeks. Any advice?
Id try him when he's 6 month as that's what the health visitors advised as it can give them tummy aches xx
@mrsmowmow, that's the thing tho as he was ready because he was opening his mouth to every spoonful he went from having breakfast and lunch happily to now not wanting it it's like I've put him off by giving him veg haha! x
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Make your own breakfast!
At what age do you think a child should be making their own breakfast? I have a 10 year old and I think he is perfectly capable of making himself breakfast. It doesn't take rocket science to put some waffles into the toaster, or microwave some pancakes. My husband insists that he needs to have breakfast made for him because if we left it up to him he wouldn't eat enough and it would take him forever.
son getting out of car seat
So a couple days ago my son started getting himself out of his car seat while we are on the road. He will be 2 years old May 27th. He pushes the chest clip all the way down and pulls his arms and shoulders out of the straps but is still buckled at the waist. Today he did it 4 times, we had to pull over every time. What do you guys do when they start doing this? My Britax came with these long rubber strap covers but I took them off a while ago when he was to small f...
This chick that works with my boyfriend really confessed her love to my man and then went into tears when he rejected her. (Mind you, he works in a kitchen and tells everyone about me and the fact that I’m pregnant and how excited he is to have a son.) Apparently she’s started to cause him problems at work and getting jealous when he talks other females, me included😂 Like this hoe really tried it😩😂🤪
