So I've had Mirena in since February and I've not had many periods since I'll have one then skip a month or so but since last month I've had pregnancy symptoms I had a period about 2 weeks ago it lasted a few days but now the pregnancy symptoms are back. What could this be or what could be causing it?

Starting TWW. Anyone else? I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
So I've been on the iud since November of last year and gotten a period every month pretty much and now I'm three days late and just feeling super sleepy and nauseous. What do you guys think ?? Is it just regulating or something else ? I only had it for about 5 months
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Could definitely be the mirena since it has hormones in it

Could be the mirena doing it. My sister had pregnancy symptoms the entire time she had it
