You can. I didnt eat but I definitely drank and then was told my bladder was super full but that's cause I drink so much

I didn't drink or eat anything before they never required it and my anatomy scan came out good.

@babyabilene ik at my last us they told me to drink but I was only 9 wks so I didnt know if it mattered now cause the baby bigger

@dixiebell2323 they tell you to drink water in your 1st trimester cuz baby is so small, they can't get a good reading. I had mine done at 20 weeks and they told me no water cuz it will mess things up. Your baby is more developed to where you don't need to fill your bladder anymore for ultrasounds/scans. But you can ask anyways.
