I've been having bad pain in my butt bone. It hurts to sit no matter what kind of surface I'm sitting on I could be sitting on the softest cushions and it still hurts. I had an epidural but it's been 7 months since I gave birth. Any other mommas has this problem? What helped you to stop the pain or help it ease off?

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. Mine done that 16 years ago after the birth of my daughter. I couldn't sit stand or walk half the time. The pain was excruciating. It would come for 3 days and leave. Then it came back when I was pregnant with my son. X-rays showed nothing. It feels like muscle pain. I'm still having trouble with it. It hurts just to touch it sometimes. I have trouble waking some mornings.
