So we took Ivy swimming at the lake and the swim diapers did this. It's gotten a little better since Saturday but it's still pretty bad. We've been putting butt paste, aquifer, bagbalm, and her medicine for her eczema on it (not all at the same time). Does anyone else have any ideas of what we could do for it?

If you use Vaseline make sure to disinfect the area first. Cause Vaseline locks in anything that's on/in the area
She's right though let the area breathe for a bit

My daughter got a yeast infection that kinda started like that from not being washed immediately after the pool
